Bringing wildlife conservation into the digital age with web design and dev

Vantara is one of the world’s largest wildlife rescue, rehabilitation, and conservation initiatives, sprawling over 3,000+ acres in Jamnagar, Gujarat, and providing care for over 150,000 rescued and endangered animals across more than 2,000 species. It’s a sanctuary driven by compassionate care, scientific veterinary facilities, and a mission to restore ecological harmony. vantara.in +1 Y Interval partnered with the Vantara team to help extend their conservation impact online by building a modern digital platform, internal data systems, and AI-powered tools — enabling better storytelling of rescue work, data analysis of animal outcomes, and improved internal workflows for researchers and caregivers.
Despite Vantara’s world-class physical infrastructure and veterinary care — including advanced imaging centers, rehabilitation units, and species-specific nutrition — the initiative lacked a cohesive digital presence and analytics framework to document rescue outcomes, track animal health progress over time, and share conservation insights with global audiences and partners. The team needed a solution that could bridge real-world animal care with digital tools, helping scientists, veterinarians, and conservationists use data for better decisions while giving supporters an engaging, informative online experience.
Y Interval worked with Vantara to design and develop a comprehensive digital ecosystem that supports the sanctuary’s mission both online and behind the scenes. We built a responsive web platform that showcases Vantara’s story, rescue missions, and species profiles — making it easy for researchers, partners, and global audiences to explore authentic conservation work. On the backend, we developed secure data infrastructure to store, track, and visualize animal health metrics, rehabilitation outcomes, and veterinary records. To help the team interpret vast amounts of biological and behavioral data, we integrated an AI-powered analytics layer that identifies trends in recovery rates, highlights species-specific care insights, and supports data-driven decisions for enrichment programs and rehabilitation plans. We also delivered internal dashboards tailored for veterinarians and wildlife specialists so they can track progress over time, manage treatment schedules, and access historical data with precision — accelerating insights into what works best for different species and rehabilitation stages.
